High pressure hydraulic gear pumps for use in hydraulic units for production machinery or other applications. These pumps are not suitable for applications where the system pressure must be greater than 250-260 bar.
The permitted revolutions are up to 6000, so they can work with gasoline or diesel engines for mobile use.
The pumps are manufactured by vincke in Spain and can be combined as double or triple.

Oil dispensers are single or double acting with a 3 or 5 liter container and 25-45cc reciprocating cubic centimeters.
The levers of the hand pump are 80 cm for easy operation.
The hand pump can be mounted horizontally or vertically and is a particularly economical solution for hydraulic systems that are not productive, such as hatches or small elevators, boat caps, etc.
The containers available are cylindrical or parallelogram to save space and seal with a rubber gasket and screws. In the container there is a breather and an indicator for the oil level.

In high oil pressure hydraulic systems, the pumps provide the amount of oil and the necessary pressure to achieve the movement we want in a hydraulic cylinder. The pre-set pressure as well as flow is now achieved by variable flow pumps, mechanically or electrically or even hydraulically based on the pressure required.
Essentially, the variable flow pump has the ability to supply oil at maximum flow but with very low pressure, while at the point where maximum pressure is necessary then the flow is reduced to zero. In this way, the motor-pump function is reduced to 30-40%.
These pumps have a higher cost but are fully repairable and low noise.
They are installed in hydraulic units of high production efficiency in shipping and in Industry as well as in construction machinery.
Variable displacement pumps can work with proportional pressure and flow regulators. Also, the electronic card that can be placed in these systems can give us and also send us information about the pressure, the supply, the speed and even the position. In this way, complete electronic control of the hydraulic system is achieved, even remotely, providing information on the productive performance of the connected machine.
Through PLC we can control all information via internet and get information in real time. In general, of course, there are now transducers that can give us information about the pressure in conventional systems without analog hydraulic components. There are and are constantly evolving components for remote control that will untie the hands regarding the performances of the machines that did not exist until now.
